This plug-in can be used with AutoCAD Civil 3D to extract all of the surface boundaries contained within a drawing.

Getting Started

ExtractC3DSurfBoundaries

Launches the command, no user input is required from the user.

Usage

This ExtractC3DSurfBoundaries will extract all of the boundaries from the surfaces contained within a drawing. The user selects the command by either typing it or pressing the command on the Add-In Tab on the ribbon. This command is useful if you have multiple surfaces in a drawing and are going to paste them together. By using this command you then have a collection of 3Dpolylines that you can then combine to create an outer boundary for your new surface.

Installation and Uninstallation

To install the package copy the C3DRExtractBoundaries.bundle folder to the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins folder
